Privacy policy

We use your data to reply to you and to understand, in aggregate figures, how this site is used. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

01Who is responsible

We have not appointed a data protection officer. Questions about your data are handled directly by the controller, at the email address above.

02What data we process

• If you write to us through the form: name, company, email, phone (optional) and whatever you tell us in your message.
• If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email: your number or address and whatever you include in your message.
• If you book a meeting online: name, email, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking.
• If you visit the site: browsing data collected through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and where you came from. Also technical data, such as your IP address, to protect the form against abuse.

We don’t ask for sensitive data. Please don’t include sensitive data or other people’s data in your message.

We obtain this data directly from you or from your browser. We don’t use publicly available sources.

03What we use it for

• Replying to your inquiry and arranging a meeting. This is necessary to handle your request, before any contract.
• Protecting the form against spam and abuse. Our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
• Measuring how the site is used, to improve it. Our legitimate interest: we look at aggregate figures, not individuals.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. Nor do we make automated decisions or build profiles about you.

04Who we share it with

Form data reaches our email and is stored on our server. To run the site we use these providers:

• Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), to measure visits.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile), for the form’s anti-spam check.
• Cal.com, for online scheduling, only if you book a meeting that way.
• Meta (WhatsApp), only if you write to us on that channel.

These providers may process data outside Chile, mainly in the United States, under their own data protection terms. We don’t share your data with anyone else, unless required by law.

05How long we keep it

• Inquiries: up to 24 months from the last contact. If you become a client, for as long as the relationship lasts and for the periods required by law.
• Browsing data: 14 months in Google Analytics.
• Form anti-abuse records: 24 hours.

06How we protect it

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Inquiries are stored outside the server’s public folder, with access restricted to our team, and access keys are not part of the site’s code. The form has an anti-spam check and a submission limit.

07Your rights

You can request access to your data, and its rectification, erasure, portability and temporary blocking, and you can object to its processing. You can also withdraw your consent where the processing is based on it.

Write to admin@creatividadinformatica.cl with the subject “Personal data” and tell us which right you want to exercise. We reply within 30 calendar days, extendable once by another 30, as the law provides.

If we reject your request or don’t reply in time, you can file a complaint with Chile’s Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).

08Cookies

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart, lasting up to 2 years. You can block or delete them in your browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same without them.

09Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
