Problem

The property manager’s common-expense rules didn’t fit any off-the-shelf system.

Solution

A custom web platform for managing condominiums: the monthly statement builds in real time with AI assistance, payments apply automatically and every owner has a portal.

Result

From November it becomes the property manager’s core software, and we’re already turning it into a SaaS platform.

Why custom software and not an off-the-shelf product?

Off-the-shelf software asks you to adapt your process to it; custom software follows yours. If something that already exists works for you, we’ll tell you in the first meeting.

What happens in the first meeting?

It’s a free 30-minute conversation to understand what you need and recommend a next step. It isn’t a technical audit: if you need one, we’ll propose it with a defined scope and cost.

How much does a project cost?

Websites start at CLP 450,000 and online stores at CLP 750,000, plus VAT. Software, integrations and cybersecurity are quoted by scope: after the first meeting we send you a proposal with scope, timeline and cost.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the project, but the first delivery you can test usually arrives in weeks, not months.

What happens after delivery?

We stay on: support, improvements and monitoring, as agreed.

Do you work with companies outside Chile?

Yes. We’re based in La Serena, Chile, and work with companies across the country. With teams abroad we work remotely, and our working hours overlap with most of the Americas.

How do you protect our information?

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before accessing your information, and we build security in from the design stage.
